Dear Fernwood Families, 

Attached is the newsletter for this week! Thanks to all the staff, students and parents who participated in the school's Terry Fox Run today! There are 'looking ahead dates' to mark on your calendar including the first PAC meeting Tuesday 6:00 pm here at the school and an invitation to our first Whole School Meeting of the year as well. Parents are automatically members of the Fernwood Parent Advisory Council so do not hesitate to come to the meeting and meet fellow parents and plan for a fun year for the kids too. 

Please read through the attached Code of Conduct for Fernwood Elementary. A school code of conduct is a set of guidelines that establishes expectations for behaviour, promotes a safe and inclusive environment and outlines the responsibilities of students, staff and the school community.
