School Board Meetings
Regular Board Meetings
Regular business meetings of the Board of Education are typically held on the second Wednesday of each month (except in January 2025, when held on the third Wednesday of the month). No meetings are scheduled for October, December, and March. Public sessions of these meetings are open to all members of the public to ensure transparency and accountability, and include a question period at the end of each session. Meetings are scheduled to be held at the School Board Administrative Office on 112 Rainbow Road, Saltspring Island. Public sessions of regular board meetings are live-streamed for accessibility and begin at 1:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted.

Standing Committee Meetings
Board Standing Committee meetings occur on the 4th Wednesday of each month, except for December, March, and June. Four meetings will be held in person on the outer islands, while the rest will occur online. The public is welcome to observe the meetings but cannot participate. Details about each standing committee are available on the Standing Committees page of the website.
